Publish and schedule LiveReports

Unlike standard reports, LiveReports are not simply available for users with certain security levels. They must either be published so users can run the reports themselves, or scheduled and emailed to designated recipients.

• Publishing determines where a given report appears and who can see and run it. Access can be granted to a specific resource, department, or security level. Refer to Publishing LiveReports.
• Scheduling lets you set up a customized schedule to generate a report and deliver it via email to designated recipients. Refer to Scheduling LiveReports.

Publishing and scheduling permissions are granted through your security level.

• If your security level allows publishing, you will see the > Reports > LiveReports > LiveReports Publisher option.
• If your security level includes scheduling permissions, you will see the scheduling icon on the main page of the LiveReports Designer.
