New Features
The Landing Page and Dashboards have been updated with a refreshed look. Users will navigate to the different areas of Autotask by way of the Left Navigation Menu.
The Left Navigation Menu is broken down into the 10 sections of Autotask:
NOTE Access to certain Autotask menus is determined by the resource's security level. Refer to Admin security settings.
Clicking on a menu item will expand the view with available options for the section.
To go back to the main menu, click the icon.
The Left Navigation Menu can be collapsed to provide more space on the Dashboard.
NOTE When collapsed, you will navigate the Autotask menu by way of the menu icons. Hovering over an icon will highlight the menu name. To exit the collapsed menu, click the icon.
A new, Advanced layout available on the Dashboard allows widgets to be re-sized either vertically, horizontally, or both.
Deactivated and deleted KaseyaOne users will have their Autotask resource automatically marked as inactive.
NOTE Inactivating an Autotask resource does not deactivate the KaseyaOne account.
