Feature	We have added the ability to view and edit rich text content throughout the app.
Feature	Multi-select User-Defined Fields (UDFs) are now available for tickets. You can select multiple values that will appear separated by the pipe | character.
Feature	We have added support for link URLs in UDFs on the Ticket pages.

Feature	We have added support for link URLs in UDFs on the Opportunity pages.
Fix	We fixed a bug that prevented users from viewing the full ticket description in LiveMobile 3.3.1.
Fix	We fixed an issue where the Save button was blocked on the task and ticket time entry pages.
Fix	We fixed an issue where, when logging into LiveMobile, the 2FA passcode is required, even when Stay Logged In is selected.

Opportunity access

This release includes the following improvements:

• Ability to view opportunities

• Ability to create opportunities
  

• Ability to edit opportunities
  

• Add attachment to opportunities
  

NOTE  Access to the above features will be dependent on you PSA security level. You will also be able to access opportunities from tickets, if one is associated.

Documentation & Knowledgebase article access

This release includes the following improvements:

• Ability to view knowledgebase articles and documents

  

• Ability to see articles and documents associated to tickets

  

• Search articles and documents

  

• Access Documentation Search from main menu

  

NOTE  You will not have the ability to create, edit, or manage articles and documents from LiveMobile.
